Interdisciplinary Gastronomy Leadership Award

I’m honored to receive the Interdisciplinary Gastronomy Leadership Award in recognition of my work in the field, given to me by ByMedya Yayın BYKADIN as part of the 2nd Platinum Angel Awards at the Ankara Chamber of Commerce.  I’m grateful to everyone who has supported me on this path. It’s a reminder of how many sleepless nights, collaborations, and risks have been worth it. 

I couldn’t be there in person, but someone very special attended the ceremony for me: my cousin Gul Berk Co- President of the Türkiye Charity Association, who kindly accepted the award on my behalf and represented me on that stage. Sharing this moment with her makes this recognition even more special. 

For me, this award is a small symbol that real value and impact often grow quietly, long before we notice them. Keep working, even when no one seems to be watching.”
